The autumn season is well and truly here... the trees have shaken their leaves and the ground is a wonderful carpet of golden colour... I can't help but shuffle my feet through the fallen leaves... November is a changing season, where nature reminds us that change is sometimes needed, can't always be avoided and can be a good thing...I've been listening to Paul Weller recently and it brings to mind - The Changing Man, a bit obvious you might think! But it's important sometimes to just take a break, strip things back and look out over the bare branches as it were. To think about how we can embrace the inevitable changes that come into our own lives...
If you have a moment check out another of my favourite songs from Paul Weller called Broken Stones from The Stanley Road Album find the link here. 'Til next time keep warm and cosy!
