Joy Ride - a mixed media illustration is a nod to the love of cycling... not the all out competition cycling of the Tour De France, but the gentle coasting along... However, it goes without saying that here, just over the border from Yorkshire, the excitement is growing as the day draws closer to the beginning of the 2014 Tour de France and the Stage Two Grande Depart of this uphill challenge, which will travel along a familiar route through the Dark Peaks of Derbyshire, along the winding Woodhead Pass before settling down into the hills and valleys of Sheffield at the close the days racing ... way to go!
