Into the Blue - Colour Trend 2026

Look up the connotations of the colour Blue, and you'll come up with words like this;

Blue has always been seen as a great source of inspiration, and is a favourite colour of mine, often featuring in my work,  from Ocean blue to the skies above, blue is all around. In history the colour blue was beloved by both Eygptians and the Romans...and here in 2026 Blue is really having a moment, from Interiors to Fashion...this non threatening, calm colour is everywhere - from Living Rooms to Bedrooms, it just works!

Whilst one of the current blue trends is for the Ice cool tones, it is the soft muted blue tones that I love the most, with it's
calming qualities that help to create peaceful spaces. 
I'm sure with all that is going on in the World right now, we all can make use a little bit of calm...
