The humble post box a well known and loved icon of British life... This Watercolour spot illustration is of a Penfold Pillarbox, named after the designer JW Penfold, and dating back to the Victorian period, although rare, surprisingly there are still a number in use today, I've seen them in Sheffield, Buxton in the Derbyshire Peak District and on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh...so keep your eyes peeled and let me know if you spot one too... On the music side of things, it's been surprisingly quiet here in the studio...I've been listening to a few podcasts, but one song that I keep hearing, and love is Beautiful Things by Benson Boone, I'm sure you may have heard it...check it out here.
Until next time, Thanks for reading!
