Not long now...and what better way to celebrate than with gifts from the kitchen. And 'Gifts from the Kitchen' just happens to be a great little book by Annie Rigg that I borrowed from the library, and quite frankly I don't want to take back, it's just so lovely, filled with great recipes from Florentine's (oh soooo Christmassy) to Chocolate truffles and Home-made piccalilli. I have to admit I've drooled over the recipes and the lovely photography by Catherine Gratwicke and haven't made a single thing! But it's on the To Do List. The book is not just for Christmas though it has ideas for great treats to give throughout the year. Published in 2010 it's not a new book, but it's definitely one that I will be putting on my Christmas list. Best wishes to all.
