If you don't happen to know it Clumber Park is a Country Park in the Dukeries, Nottinghamshire, England. Owned and cared for by the National Trust, it's a great place for a day out in Nature... I love visiting and walking the four miles around the lake, this year the chestnuts and acorns were falling from the tree's onto the soft ground, at one point it felt like we might need a hard hat, as they fell in such numbers, somehow we managed to get round without getting hit, still not sure how we managed that! It was a lovely day out, helping to quiet the mind and nourish the soul...as well as offering a little illustration inspiration. Keeping our eyes peeled and looking in the undergrowth little gems could be found, some which later found their way onto the drawing board...see below. Thanks as always for reading...

Hello! In this space which has no ceilings, walls or doors... I would like to invite you in, and share with you some of my work and a few things of interest which help to inspire my illustrations, including music to the places and spaces we call home...
