Ordering & Shipping
Payment
- Payments are in GB pounds sterling.
- You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase.
- Payments accepted using Debit/Credit cards – we do not store any of these details.
- All items will be carefully wrapped and packaged.
- They will be posted using Royal Mail Services
- If you are outside the UK, please get in touch before purchasing, so that I can advise you of the cost of postage.
- Please Note that I am currently not shipping to the EU – please get in touch or check back as hopefully this will change.
- Items will be posted within 7 working days.
- Returns are accepted within 10 days – please email with the reason for return before sending. If damaged please provide photographs of affected area / problem.
- Returns are not accepted for Commissioned work - other than damage incurred whilst in transit.
- Once a return has been a agreed, you the buyer are responsible for the cost of any postage and packaging required for the return.
- Once the artwork has been safely returned – a refund will be issued within 14 working days – this will be minus any postage costs and fees.

- Please note that all copyright is retained by the artist, Catherine Hoggins.
- Artwork must not be reproduced in any format without the artist’s written permission.
- Due to variations in monitor screens, browsers and devices, colour may vary slightly, although every effort has been taken to portray the artwork as accurately as possible.
- We use the Order Information that we collect to enable us to complete any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations and general communication about your purchase.
- By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not access the Service.
